This guy sounds like a predator. Far out, talking about someone potentially being sexually assaulted and having PTSD from it. Then in the next breath,he states he has dreams about her and *IN A LOW AND CREEPY VOICE WHISPERING INTO THE MICROPHONE* "Tina, if you're listening call me." Wow, What a sick, creepy little man.

You mention that Earl Cossey was murdered in 2011. I believe that is incorrect. He was murdered in 2013 in his Woodinville home.
